Apollo Paints Ezy Kleen Neo Emulsion is luxury interior emulsion is formulated with special type of cross linking polymers & fine pigments which imparts luxury finish.
Performance Features: Stain repellent paint with very high washability & scrub resistance giving it a longer life with easy maintenance.

Usage Area: All Interior Plastered Surfaces.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Surface Preparation:
New Surfaces – Freshly plastered surfaces should be allowed to cure completely. Ensure the plaster is completely dry and thoroughly clean, free from any dust, flakes and dampness, etc.
Previously painted surface – Remove all loose particles, powdery material or defective paint by thorough wire brushing, scraping and water jetting (if required). If chalking or powdery surface persists, one coat of Apollo Paints Magic Sealer with a dilution in the ratio of one litre magic sealer mixed with one litre of potable water is advisable / recommended. Ensure that all water leakages/seepages are repaired before painting.
Remove stains like mud, pencil marks, tea, coffee etc., with a mild detergent / soap solution. For harsh stains like pickles, oil, colour pencils, crayons, etc. use strong diluted cleaning solution to remove these stains, once the stains are completely removed, use a piece of clean wet cloth to wipe of remaining light stains. Stain removal results may vary according to the nature for the stain.
Filling:
CRACKS: For filling cracks up to 3mm use Apollo’s InstaCare Crack Lock.
For Holes & Dents: In case of dents and holes use Apollo’s Wall Grace White Cement based putty or combination of white cement and fine sand in the ratio 1:3.
Recommended Undercoats:
Please Note: Application of undercoat is must for new plastered surfaces, while it is optional in the case of old/repainting surfaces.

Priming:
Option 1: Apply one coat of Apollo’s “InstaCare Prime N Seal” silicon enriched, Efflorescence Resistant, and Water Proof High Performance Primer Sealer as primer coat with a thinning ratio of one part of Prime N Seal with one part of potable water.
Option 2: Apply one coat of Apollo’s Aroprime (Emulsion Based) Water Thinnable Interior Primer with a thinning ratio of one litre of primer with 600 to 650ml of potable water.
Putty for smooth finish:
New Wall Surface: Apply a minimum of 2 to 3 coats of either Apollo Paints Wall Grace white cement based putty or Apollo Paints Polo Acrylic Silky wall putty till you get a smooth undulation free surface.
Old / Re-painting surface: Normally, old wall surfaces don’t need full putty, need only spot putty work where ever dents / holes are there. Use Apollo’s either wall grace or acrylic putty.
Finish Paint:
Finish Coat: Apply a minimum of 2 to 3 coats of Apollo Paints Ezy Kleen Neo emulsion with a thinning ratio of one litre of paint with a maximum of 400 to 450ml of potable water. Allow a minimum of 3-4 hours drying time between coats.
Maintenance Tips: For best durable performance ensure a clean wet cloth to wipe off dust at regular intervals. Allow drying time of 3 weeks for proper film formation before any sponge cleaning with mild soap solution.

**Coverage depends on many factors like surface conditions, surface preparation, application skill, weather conditions, dilution etc. The coverage mentioned is under ideal conditions and will vary depending up on site conditions.

Shelf life: 3 years from date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Safety Measures:
Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
In case of skin contact, immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
Do not breathe vapour or spray. It is recommended to wear suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses.
No added Lead, Mercury or Chromium compounds.
Precautions:
Store the product at ambient conditions in well ventilated locations. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of eye and skin contacts wash with plenty of clean water.
In high humidity areas, use of a Bio-wash solution is recommended to remove surface fungus growth, fungal spores, mould, etc. before application of the paint system.
Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 100C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application.
Tinted paints need thorough shaking immediately after tinter addition as well as before use.
Use diluted materials within 48 hours
Stir well and strain before use.
Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.
For deeper shade apply 1 additional coat.
SPECIAL NOTE *
Before painting the following things should be checked thoroughly:
1. pH value of the wall surface (Ideal condition between 7-10).
2. Moisture content of the wall (Ideal condition –below 10-12%).
If these are violated, owner will be responsible.
