VIROSHIELD
Go for ‘VIROSHIELD’ India’s first Luxury Natural Antiviral Interior Latex paint which is Ready-to-Use and Primerless.
USP:
The antiviral additives are made out of natural plant extracts and has been accredited with Ayush Certification which makes it safe for your family.
It reduces germs and pathogens, including bacteria and virus by 99.99% as tested and approved by a reputed lab BluTest Laboratories, from Glasgow, UK.
The longevity of the antiviral and antibacterial properties will last till the paint is on the wall.

On interior surfaces
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to remove loose particles or dirt and wipe clean.
For minor cracks use Crack Lock and smoothen the surface.
Apply a coat of Apollo Aroprime Interior Primer before application of acrylic putty.
Viroshield can be applied without application of primer directly on the following surfaces:
- On walls where acrylic putty is applied
- On trowel finished cement walls.
- Any white cement putty finished wall with one coat of acrylic putty applied for final finishing which will make the surface smooth and provide good bonding of the paint to the wall and give better coverage as the white cement based putty is absorbent. In all the above cases, please make sure that all loose particles have to be removed completely by wiping with a damp cloth after sanding the surface. The thin coat of acrylic putty is recommended on white cement putty surface as it is difficult to wipe cement based putty with a damp cloth and remove all loose particles. Acrylic putty is less absorbent hence gives a good coverage for finished coats.
- On walls finished with regular white cement based putty with a coat of Magic Sealer diluted with water in rato 1:1 is recommended before application of Viroshield.
Viroshield Without application of primer, only 2 coats of Viroshield can be applied even where a strong colour change is required. 2 coats of Viroshield are sufficient because of its better opacity due to higher dry film thickness (dft)
TOPCOAT:
Apply 2 coats of Viroshield without dilution. This helps to achieve high dft for better protection, long life of paint and better anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
If there is difficulty in brushing or rolling due to absorbent surface, then a maximum dilution of 5%- 10% with clean potable water is recommended.
MAINTENANCE TIPS:
For best performance, ensure dry dust cleaning at regular intervals. Allow drying time of 3 weeks for proper film formation before any sponge cleaning with mild soap solution. After you finish, wipe the surface clean. Ensure drying time of 1 week for the paint before cleaning.
COVERAGE**
WITHOUT DILUTION (READY TO USE)
POINTS TO NOTE:
Store the product at ambient conditions in well ventilated locations. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of eye and skin contact, wash with plenty of clean water.
In high humidity areas, use of a bio-wash solution is recommended to remove surface fungus growth, fungal spores, mould, etc before application of the paint system.
Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 100C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hours of application.
Tinted paints need thorough shaking immediately after tinter addition as well as before use.
Stir well and strain before use.
Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.
Please keep out of reach from children and away from food stuffs.
For deeper shade, apply 1 additional coat.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Before painting, the following things should be checked thoroughly.
PH value of the wall surface (ideal condition between 7-10)
Moisture content of the wall (ideal condition between 10-12%)
Wall has to be absolutely dust free before application of Viroshield.
